FAQ
What companies ask before starting.
If your question isn't here, email us — you'll hear back the same business day.
What kind of software do you build?
Custom enterprise software — enrollment and membership systems, receivables, inventory and full operational workflows — plus mobile apps, web development, VoIP telephony, landing pages, business intelligence, interactive mapping and process automation. Eight solution lines under one engineering standard.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope, but the start is predictable: process diagnosis and mapping in weeks 1 and 2, architecture and technical proposal in weeks 2 and 3, then continuous delivery from week 3 onward. QA, testing and deployment follow, and support is ongoing. You see working software inside the first month, not at the end.
Is the initial assessment free?
Yes. The first consultation costs nothing: we map your operation and tell you what is worth automating and what is not worth touching yet. If a proposal comes out of it, you take it away and decide with no obligation.
How fast do you respond?
Within 24 hours. We review the case and send an initial proposal the same business day.
What time zone does your team work in?
Colombia is on US Eastern time for most of the year and Central during US daylight saving, so our working day overlaps with yours almost entirely. Reviews, standups and escalations happen in real time rather than across an overnight gap.
Will it integrate with the systems we already run?
That is the normal case, not the exception. Almost no client starts from zero: we build on REST APIs and integrate with the ERP, accounting or telephony already in place. Inventorying what the new system has to talk to is part of the initial diagnosis.
What happens after launch?
We don't disappear at handoff. Ongoing support is a permanent phase of the methodology: the system evolves with the operation, and the people who built it are the people who maintain it.
What technologies do you work with?
Laravel for backend and APIs, Angular for web applications, Flutter for iOS and Android, REST APIs for integrations, Issabel for VoIP telephony and QGIS for geospatial work. We choose proven technology over new technology.
Is our business information protected?
Yes. Your information and the details of your business are protected from first contact, whether or not the conversation becomes a project.
Can we see your systems running?
Yes. We have systems in production today in funeral services, telecom, receivables and free-trade-zone logistics. Get in touch and we'll walk you through whichever one most resembles your operation.
Still have a question?
Tell us about your case and we'll come back with something concrete.
