About us
We don't ship projects, we run operations.
Grow Connect is a software engineering and marketing team based in Colombia. What we build goes into production and stays there — systems a business runs on every day, not pilots that get archived after the demo.
What we build
Custom enterprise software: membership and enrollment systems, receivables, inventory, and complete operational workflows. Around that, whatever the business actually needs to run — mobile apps, VoIP telephony, business intelligence dashboards, interactive mapping, and process automation. Eight solution lines, one engineering standard.
Why nearshore actually matters
We work your hours. A question asked at 10am gets answered at 10am, not overnight — which sounds minor until you have shipped software across a twelve-hour gap. Colombia sits in US Eastern and Central time, so reviews, standups and escalations happen while both sides are awake.
How we work
We start by mapping the operation as it actually runs, not the written requirement: the first two weeks are diagnosis. Architecture and a technical proposal follow in weeks two and three, and from week three there are continuous deliveries — working software you can review, not status reports.
What “in production” means
It is the distinction we defend hardest. A system in production has real users, real data, and real consequences when it breaks. Los Olivos runs across two locations with real-time sync and cut process times in enrollment by 60%. That is the bar we measure against.
What we build with
We pick boring, proven technology, because the system has to keep working long after we stop watching it.
